I'm a former professional basketball player with years competing in Europe and earning a Division I scholarship in the U.S. Throughout my career, I battled injuries that forced me to rethink how I trained, moved, and recovered.

That journey led me deep into performance science—learning how to build a body that’s not just strong, but durable and explosive. Now, I help athletes do the same. My coaching combines elite training principles with firsthand experience, giving you a smarter process that will develop your skills, technique and athletic potential.

My approach is built on hard work, dedication, and accountability. Every session demands effort, focus, and consistency. Progress comes through repetition and the pursuit of excellence. No bullshit—just work.

ADVANCED BASKETBALL

PROGRAM

This program is designed to help basketball players develop their physical and technical abilities, and provides in-depth training to help them reach their full potential.

  • Tailored drills to develop the skills you need at your position, whether you’re a guard, wing or big.

  • Build functional strength, power, mobility, and resilience—so you can develop the physical tools you need to be effective on the court.

  • I will help you learn what it means to become an elite athlete. From all stages of your development process, I will guide and advise you on the steps, approach and attitude required to reach your full potential.

This program is designed to provide a general approach to physical and athletic development, with an emphasis on strength, power agility and movement optimization.

  • Develop functional strength, power, mobility and stability, with proper progressions and periodization models. Built on proven principles, each phase targets maximal output, joint integrity, and long-term durability.

  • Learn how to move more effectively through my movement framework built on the four core athletic pillars: speed, agility, change of direction, and vertical jump. Move like your sport demands—fast, sharp, and explosive.

Do you only train basketball players?

No, I am open to training all athletes and offer a program for non-basketball players to help develop their athletic performance.

Do you offer remote or online training?
